Ok, I need some advice from all of you!

Hello, everyone!
I have a situation that I'm not sure what to do about and I would like some input from all of you about what exactly I should do.

As you know, I selected a winner of my blog candy giveaway by random drawing.  The winner was notified by the two means I had access to and I requested her mailing address so I could send off her prize right away.  It is three weeks now, and I have not had a reply from her.  What do you think I should do?  Should I continue to wait and walk around this big box in my studio until she contacts me?  Should I select another winner? I'm not sure what the fair thing to do is.  Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

MORE GOOD STUFF!!

Just a quick update to let you know I have added more good stuff to the box!!  YEP!  It is getting stuffed!!!  So far, no one has guessed the name of the cartridge!  It's just for fun, anyway!  You don't have to guess correctly to win!  But, here's another clue:  Summer travel  Does that help?

FINALLY!! Ready for the first giveaway on my new blog!!

OK, first let me apologize for taking so long to get this going, but life has been CRAZY!!  Anyway, I have a giveaway just about ready!  I am continuing to add goodies to the box, but so far there are already a lot of great things, including a Cricut cartridge, brand new in the package!!  No kidding!!  I'll give you a hint----summer is coming!  Got an idea which cartridge it is??  Please sign up to follow and enter your guess in the comments to be entered in the drawing. I'll be posting a pic of some of the goodies soon. Since this is the first  giveaway on my new blog, I will keep it open a little longer than normal to give lots of folks time to find out about it.  So, I will pick the winner by random draw on May 1, 2015.  Sorry, US residents only.  Thank you so much for visiting my blog and good luck!!
