I have a situation that I'm not sure what to do about and I would like some input from all of you about what exactly I should do.
As you know, I selected a winner of my blog candy giveaway by random drawing. The winner was notified by the two means I had access to and I requested her mailing address so I could send off her prize right away. It is three weeks now, and I have not had a reply from her. What do you think I should do? Should I continue to wait and walk around this big box in my studio until she contacts me? Should I select another winner? I'm not sure what the fair thing to do is. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

I think enough time has been given to the person to answer you. So I think you should do a new drawing.
